About me

I’m Wafa, a Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist with a background in ​industrial engineering and over a decade of experience in the ​pharmaceutical industry. My career took a transformative turn when I ​encountered unexplained health issues and found that traditional ​medicine couldn’t offer solutions. This led me to explore alternative ​therapies, where I uncovered the profound connection between mind ​and body. By addressing stress and reshaping my thought patterns, I ​experienced a significant improvement in my health.
This personal journey inspired me to specialize in Cognitive Behavioral ​Hypnotherapy (CBH), where I focus on stress relief, breaking negative ​habits, and turning limiting thoughts into empowering ones.

    How do we work together?

    Free 15-Minute Consultation: This introductory call is a chance to discuss your concerns, give me an understanding of the challenges you’re facing, and allow us to decide if Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is a good fit for you. If you’re unsure about the number of sessions needed, we can decide together during this call.

    Flexible Session Options: You can book individual sessions tailored to your needs—see the Services section for specific offerings. Typically, 3 to 6 sessions are recommended, depending on the nature of your concerns. Each session is designed to build upon the last, ensuring steady progress and meaningful results.

    1-2-1 Sessions - Fees

    • Sessions are remote and via Zoom
    • Discovery session and all session will be 60min each
    • Payment via Ideal or creditcard
    • Please note that a 24-hour notice is required for appointment ​cancellations.

    • 60-minute Session: A focused hypnotherapy session to help identify and transform unhelpful beliefs, habits, and self-doubt that may be holding you back. This session is ideal for addressing issues such as procrastination, overthinking, self-image, and creating empowering new thought patterns.
